Our Vanilla Grades
Three grades of whole vanilla beans and one pure powder, each with its own specification for gourmet, industrial or dry-blend use.
Good vanilla is made after the harvest. Every lot goes through the same careful steps before it leaves Indonesia.
Mature green pods are picked by hand at the right stage of ripeness.
Pods are sweated and dried slowly until their aroma and colour develop.
Each lot is sorted by length, moisture and appearance to match its grade.
Graded beans are vacuum-sealed and packed in export cartons for shipment.
We keep the process simple and transparent, so you always know what you are buying and when it will arrive.
Vanilla sourced and prepared in Indonesia and shipped directly from Jakarta.
Vanillin, moisture and length are checked so each lot matches the grade you ordered.
